General Terms and Conditions

  1. Guest agrees that he/she (and any occupant or invitee) will abide by these Terms and Conditions and all rules and regulations of the Property. Mansio Suites reserve the right to remove any guest due to misconduct or violation of these Terms and Conditions or such rules and regulations.
  2. Mansio Suites operates non-smoking policy in all suites and public areas.
  3. Due to comfort of other guests, pets are not allowed.
  4. Mansio Suites reserves the right to enter the apartment to inspect, repair, remodel and maintain the apartment units with advance notice given whenever possible.
  5. Guest agrees to take good care of the apartment and not to perform any hazardous, offensive or unlawful activity in the apartment or the common areas. Mansio Suites reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the apartment’s property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
  6. Security: For security reasons only guests with reservation are allowed access to the apartments after 10 pm. Please note that all your personal belongings are your responsibility. A safe is provide in each apartment.
  7. Please note that a full inventory of the apartment contents will be conducted prior to each guests’ arrival and then again on departure. Any loss or damage to property will be charged to the guests account and will be debited from the credit card details provided
  8. Mansio Suites reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by them without consent. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage charges. Should the fact that the item is missing come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guests credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.
  9. Luggage Store: We can store luggage prior to arrival and after departure. Please note, storage facilities are limited.
  10. Lost property - If we find any lost property, we will make every reasonable effort to locate the owner and return it, but if we cannot locate the owner and an item is not reclaimed with 3 months of the guest’s departure it will be disposed of by Mansio Suites.
  11. Insurance: It is a condition of each booking that the person making the booking must take out their own insurance to cover themselves and their guests for cancellation of the reservation for whatever reason: personal injury, loss of property and for all eventualities including any damage to the apartment. Only named guests on the reservation form can stay in any apartment unless written permission is sought and given.
  12. Cleaning & Housekeeping: Housekeeping will clean your apartment once a week (every seventh day). Bed linen and towels will be changed and we will clean your kitchen and bathroom throughout and dust and vacuum. If you require more cleaning or ironing or laundry services, we will be pleased to provide this extra service. Please see our Guest Services document for prices and details.
  13. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions: All guests must confirm that they have read our booking policy and accept these terms and conditions and will be responsible for their own personal travel/holiday/business insurance before we can process their reservation. By signing these Terms & Conditions on the booking form you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and confirming that Mansio Suites can claim for any damages or items that need replacing on the deposit held. If any damages incurred exceed the deposit, any outstanding balance will be paid for by The Guest.

Reservations

  1. Best Price Guarantee: We guarantee the lowest rate for all bookings made directly with us. If guests find a lower rate elsewhere online within 24 hours of booking, we will honour the lower rate. To claim the lower rate you will need to respond to the email confirmation you have received from Mansio Suites along with proof of where you obtained the lower rates. You will need to include a URL or a screen shot of the page.
  2. Published Rates: All rates quoted are per apartment per night, subject to availability and inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
  3. Long Stay Rate: All long stay packages are based on a minimum of 28 consecutive nights. Payment is due 14 days prior to arrival and this then deems the booking non-refundable, non-amendable and non-transferable. Extensions to long stay reservations once in-house will be charged at the Best Available Rate.
  4. VAT is charged at 20% for 28 days and thereafter at 4% until the end of the stay:
  5. The Long stay reservation must be pre-paid fully in advance
  6. Reservation longer than two months will require a rolling payment equal to two months rent payable in advance.
  7. The Tenancy Agreement with additional Terms and Condition will be issues to any reservations longer than 3 months.
  8. Promotional Offers: When you book a promotional rate, individual terms and conditions will apply, please check at the time of booking. All promotional offers are non-cancellable, non-amendable and non-refundable. We reserve the rights to amend or cancel any offers as appropriate without prior notice.
  9. Reservations: A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee the reservation. Full payment is due for all reservation made less than 72 hours prior to arrival date. We accept all major credit and debit cards. All bookings will require a pre-authorisation of a valid credit or debit card upon arrival (We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Cash payments are not accepted.
  10. Cancellation: Any cancellations made less than 72 to hours prior to the day prior off arrival will incur a charge for the 1st night’s accommodation. This will be charged to the card that was used to guarantee the reservation. (Not applicable to Advantage Rates, Promotional Offers and Long Stay Rates)
  11. Bookings made through other websites may have different cancellation terms. Please check the Terms & Conditions on your confirmation.
  12. No Shows: In case of a no show, the first night’s accommodation will be charged as per the rate at the time of booking to the card that was used to guarantee the reservation (Not applicable to Advantage Rates, Promotional Offers and Long Stay Rates).
  13. Mansio Suites reserves the right to pre-authorise guest credit/debit card up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Please not pre-authorisation security amount is £250 for reservation less than 7nights.
  14. Security deposit of £500 will be required for reservation between 7 to 14 nights and £1000 for reservation longer than 14 nights but less than 28.
  15. Check in: Standard check in time is from 3pm. Early check in from 1pm is available at £20, subject to availability. Please contact the reception desk directly to arrange this.
  16. Check Out: Standard check out time by 11am. Late check out up to 1pm is available at £20, subject to availability. Please contact the reception desk directly to arrange this.
  17. Special Requirements: Specially adapted rooms are available including wheelchair adapted bathrooms at some locations, with lifts in all public areas. Cots are also available, subject to availability. Please check with our reservation or reception team prior to arrival.
  18. Bookings via Alternate Websites: If guests book through any website other than www.mansiosuites.com please refer to your confirmation with regards to the terms and conditions of your reservation.
